Agreement as to Terms and Conditions, Including

Auto-Charge, Cancellation Policy, and Terms of School Handbook

 

By paying for and participating in the programs offered by EasySpanish123, LLC, you are agreeing as follows:

I hereby authorize EasySpanish123, LLC to charge my credit card (which information will be supplied by me by phone or via this website) on the first day of the months and in the amounts according to the Plan I have selected. The July 1 payment is for the school year starting the following September.  This authorization will remain in effect until the end of the school year. I understand that a $25 charge will be collected for each unsuccessful debit or declined credit card transaction and a 10% finance charge assessed and paid by me on any payment received more than 5 days after a due date.  I understand that it is my responsibility to keep current billing information on file while my child is enrolled.  Further, I have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in the School Handbook viewable at this link:  School Handbook .  I have particularly read the provisions that the obligation to pay will continue even if my child stops attending. I understand that the terms of the Handbook terms may change upon notice to me, and I fully agree to be bound by all of the terms of the Handbook as if they were reprinted here.
